In 1994 with a handful of lawns and big dreams, Kodiak Landscape Design, Inc. was born. Since then Bob Pedatella has built the business into one of the most reputable companies in Passaic, Morris and Bergen counties. We are known for going the extra mile for our customers by working with them to create a maintenance and/or design plan that satisfies their individual needs.

From Christine in Packanack Lake:

I must pass on my experiences with Kodiak Landscaping which can only be described as a stellar experience! Bob Pedatella is the owner and he is competent and on the job…in my experience…100% of the time.

The wonderful thing is….his crew is amazing and does an exceptional job when “the boss” is not even around. My project was prolonged over a winter and lasted maybe 5 months so I got to know everyone.

In the office is Stacey is a ray of sunshine…always upbeat. We splurged and asked for the in house landscape architect, Jody, to do an entire plan for our property and believe me…he is worth his very reasonable rate.

They work with your budget and never make you feel awkward. .... you hire them, you will be happy and have another family to add to your Christmas card list….they will become treasured friends and you will be confident to pass on their accolades! .
